Please upgrade your TourBox Console to the latest version.If the problem still exists, then please kindly follow the steps below to fix it.
I: Have you turn on the “Auto Switch” function?
No:Please skip this and move to step II.
Please make sure that you’ve already linked the software to the preset (If the functions are invalid due to the upgrade of the linked software, please unlink it first and then re-link it with the software). If you did, but the problem is still existing, kindly move to step II.
II:Inside preset setting, are there any red warning sign appeals on the functions that are not working properly?
No:Please skip this and move to step III.
Yes:Please switch your input language into English and restart the TourBox Console. If you did and the red warning sign is gone, but the problem is still existing, kindly move to step III.
III:For functions that are not working on TourBox, are they working when you type in the shortcut keys on your keyboard?
No:Please, contact support@tourboxtech.com directly.
Yes:Kindly move to step IV.
IV:Please try “Run as administrator” for TourBox Console software.
Right-click on the icon of TourBox Console software, select "Run as administrator".
* If the creative software is running under the administrative mode, then TourBox Console needs to run under administrative mode as well to control the software.
