TourBox Console 1.5.0 Update for iPad: What's New

The latest iPad version of TourBox Console, 1.5.0, launched on June 4. If you have a TourBox Elite Plus, just head to the App Store to download or update.

So what's new in TourBox Console for iPad 1.5.0? Let's dive in.

1. New MediBang Paint Preset

MediBang Paint is a very popular drawing and comic app. It's been downloaded over 100 million times worldwide.

Now, the iPad TourBox Console comes with a ready-made MediBang Paint preset. Just pick "MediBang Paint" on the Create Preset page, and you're all set to use TourBox with MediBang right away.

After you create it, feel free to tweak any settings to fit your workflow.

2. New Adobe Fresco Preset

Adobe Fresco is Adobe's own painting app. With this update, iPad TourBox Console adds an easy-start Fresco preset.

No more building from scratch. Just select "Adobe Fresco" on the Create Preset page and you'll be up and running in seconds.

As with MediBang, you can adjust the preset after creating it to match your habits.

3. New Button Mode: Loop Mode

Version 1.5.0 also brings a new "Loop Mode" for buttons.

Each button can have up to four functions. Every time you press it, it switches to the next one, and you can keep pressing to cycle through them.

This is perfect for flipping between your favorite brushes — or between brush and eraser — without extra taps.

4. More Updates

• Input Method Alert: We added a pop-up for the Procreate preset that checks your keyboard. If your input method isn't supported, you'll get a message and a quick guide to switch so everything keeps working.
• Expanded Language Support: The Procreate preset now works with these input methods: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Italian, and Spanish.
• UI Tweaks: We made the interface clearer. Selected and unselected items look more distinct, and knobs show a new icon when they're active, etc.
