For digital artists who usually create with Clip Studio Paint on an iPad, the TourBox Elite Plus is a great tool to boost your efficiency.
Our TourBox team has developed a Clip Studio Paint integration based on user needs. When you open the TourBox Console on your iPad, you'll see our ready-to-use Clip Studio Paint preset.
If some of your favorite features aren't included, you can map your frequently used shortcuts to the TourBox buttons. If you're not sure how to view shortcuts for different iPad apps, just click the link below for more info.

Simply put, when your iPad connects to a Bluetooth keyboard (TourBox is treated as one), you can press the Command key to quickly see the shortcut list for the app you're using.
But Clip Studio Paint is an exception. In it, the Command key already works as a shortcut. Holding it down triggers its normal function, so pressing Command to view shortcuts won't work.
Interestingly, even though you're using Clip Studio Paint on an iPad, its interface and shortcuts are almost exactly the same as on a PC.
So, just like on a PC you can set up shortcuts for commands that don't have one in Clip Studio Paint, the same simple steps work on the iPad.
Let's use the "Flip Horizontal" view as an example. First, open the TourBox Console and assign an unused shortcut (for example, Cmd + J) to any button, then name it "Flip Horizontal."
Next, open Clip Studio Paint. Click the Clip Studio Paint icon in the top-left corner of the menu bar, then select "Shortcut Settings" from the drop-down menu.
In the Shortcut Settings panel, find the function you want to customize. In our example, we can locate the "Flip Horizontal" option under the "View" menu.
Click "Edit Shortcut," press the TourBox button you set up earlier, and then click "OK" to save your changes.
That's it! Try out your new shortcut in Clip Studio Paint. You can also watch the video below to see the whole process of setting up Clip Studio Paint shortcuts in the TourBox Console on your iPad.
