1.Intellectual Property

This software and its related written materials are copyrighted and patented products that belong to TourBox Tech Inc.
All intellectual property rights of this software, as well as all information related to this software, including but not limited to: text description and its combination, icons, graphics, images, charts, colors, interface design, layout framework, related data, additional programs , printed materials or electronic documents are exclusively owned by TourBox Tech Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws and regulations.

2.General Licensed Use and Restrictions

TourBox Tech Inc. hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license that allows you to download, install, and use this software in compliance with all the restrictions in this agreement.

2.1 By accepting this agreement, you agree and acknowledge that, unless expressly permitted by applicable law, you shall not:

2.1.1 Reverse compilation, reverse engineering, reverse software assembly, or try to determine the source code of the software;
2.1.2 Copy, change or create derivative works of this software;
2.1.3 Delete, hide or distort any proprietary statement on this software
2.1.4 Use any hardware controller other than TourBox.

2.2 You are fully responsible for any third-party software or hardware products used with the software, and ensure that you comply with all the provisions of the software and products

3.Term & Termination

This agreement will remain in effect until the agreement is terminated.
If you do not comply with any provisions of this agreement, this agreement will be terminated immediately without prior notice.
After termination of this agreement, you should stop using the software and delete all copies of the software from your mobile device or computer.

4.Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

4.1 The user confirms that he knows all the functions of the software and the necessary operations to use the functions of the software, and he voluntarily chooses to use the software and related services according to his own needs. He will take full responsibility for the risks and all consequences of using the software and related services, and TourBox Tech Inc. will not be held responsible.

4.2 This software has been tested thoroughly, but it is not guaranteed to be fully compatible with all software and hardware systems, and there is no guarantee that this software will be completely error-free. In case of incompatibilities and software errors, users can contact customer service for technical support.

4.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, damages and risks arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to loss of photos or data, direct or indirect personal damage, loss of business profits, trade interruption or other business loss. TourBox Tech Inc. will take no responsibility for the loss of information or any other economic loss.

4.4 TourBox Tech Inc. shall not be held liable for losses caused by telecommunication system or Internet network failure, computer failure or virus, information damage or loss, computer system problem or any other force majeure reasons.

4.5 If the user violates the provisions of this agreement, TourBox Tech Inc. has the right to take measures including but not limited to, interrupting the use of license, stopping providing services, restricting use, and legal investigation.

5.Data Collection & Technical Support

To improve the quality of software development and updates, the software may collect anonymous technical data from your computer, TourBox products, or other software.
This information includes but is not limited to technical information about your operating system (such as the type and version of the operating system), software information (such as version, installed plug-ins), TourBox information being used, diagnostic data after the software crashes, etc.
The data collection is completely anonymous, and the storage is safe. Without your explicit consent, this software will not collect, process or store any personal data.
By signing this agreement or using the software, you agree that this software collects such data.

6.Amendment

TourBox reserves the right to modify or replace this agreement at any time at its discretion. The content of major changes will be determined by us.
By continuing to access or use our software after any amendment becomes effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you have no right to use the software.

7.Other

7.1 This agreement shall supersede all previous written or oral agreements related to TourBox license terms.

7.2 When you use or purchase other TourBox services, you may be bound by other terms.

7.3 If any term in this agreement is completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, or violates any applicable law, the term is deemed deleted, but the remaining terms of this agreement should still be valid and binding.

7.4 TourBox does not allow you to use the software to do anything that violates local laws. If you use the software to do something illegal, you must bear corresponding responsibilities. If you do not agree with this term, please do not install or use the software.
