Return & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel the order you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order. We will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee it because we ship out orders very quickly.
If the order can be intercepted, and the package is still in our distribution center, then we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped out from our distribution center, sorry we cannot cancel your order. You can contact us after you receive the package. We will provide you with the return address. The return shipping fee will be born by the buyer.
You have at least 14 days to request a return if you are not satisfied with the product you bought or if you have some other subjective views, the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer if returned without defect within 14 days of order.
Please do not just return the product to where it is from. Make sure you contact email@example.com to get the return address.
It is requested after 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
The product sent to TourBox for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or the items are not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
Any fault or damage of the product caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and will typically be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
If you are given a return address and need to return a package, please ensure that you provide us with the return tracking number. Without a tracking number, it will be challenging for us to locate the package. Please note that we can only initiate a refund once we have received both the return tracking number and the package.
For bundle orders that contain discounted products, refunds can only be processed for the entire order. Separate refunds for individual products in a bundle deal are not available.
We support free return shipping if the item is broken, parts are missing or other responsibility of TourBoxtech. In other situations, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
