Our standard warranty is one year from the date of purchase. During this period, we provide free repair or replacement. Yes, absolutely! TourBox is fully customizable and works for both left- and right-handed users. Many left-handed artists find it more comfortable to rotate the device 90/180 degrees. Any program that can be controlled using keyboard shortcuts can work with TourBox. We provide default presets and built-in functions for major creative applications such as Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, and Clip Studio Paint. For less common software, you can create custom settings to match your workflow. We are continually adding more presets and built-in features for additional applications.

TourBox NEO, TourBox Elite, and TourBox Lite are compatible with macOS and Windows. Linux is not currently supported. TourBox Elite Plus series are compatible with macOS and Windows, and also support iPadOS and Android tablets.

TourBox Elite and Elite Plus require two 1.5V AA batteries when using Bluetooth. Battery life typically lasts about 1–2 months, depending on usage frequency, working habits, and haptic feedback settings. The device automatically enters standby mode when not in use. To conserve battery life, we recommend turning off the device when it will not be used for an extended period.

TourBox Elite and Elite Plus connect via Bluetooth, so no cable is included. If you prefer a wired connection, you can use any USB-C cable or add our accessory pack when placing your order. TourBox NEO and TourBox Lite include a USB-C cable and come with a USB-A adapter.

It depends on your needs and budget. If you want advanced features and maximum efficiency, TourBox Elite is a strong choice, offering Bluetooth connectivity and haptic feedback for users who value portability and refined tactile control. If you also create on tablets, TourBox Elite Plus is the best option. If you prefer a different look, the Elite Plus Arctic Series offers additional color options. If you're looking for a reliable and practical controller at a more accessible price point, Lite or NEO are great entry to mid-level choices.
