1. Adobe Lightroom Classic Built-in Functions Update
In TourBox Console version 5.8.0, our team added several new built-in functions for Lightroom Classic. Here are the details:
We added three built-in functions — Auto, B&W, and HDR — to the Basic options list.
We added new functions to the Color Picker options list (available in Lightroom Classic version 13.2 and above).
We added two functions under Lens Correction: Remove Chromatic Aberration and Enable Profile Corrections.
We added new functions to the Lens Blur (this is available in Lightroom Classic version 13.3 and above).
We also added four new options — Mask, Masks Add, Masks Subtract, and Masks Intersect — along with their related functions.
2. New Built-in Function: Move the Timeline Pointer +
A new built-in function called "Move the Timeline Pointer +" has been added. You can find it in the General panel on the Built-in tab.
There is a small gear icon next to "Move the Timeline Pointer +." Click this icon to open the settings panel, where you can adjust features like sensitivity based on your preference.
The Premiere Pro preset, Premiere Pro Color Preset, Final Cut Pro preset, and CapCut preset in the default preset lists have been updated to the new "Move the Timeline Pointer +" preset.
This update will not affect any presets you created in previous versions of TourBox Console.
3. HUD & Demo Mode Upgrade
We improved the HUD and Demo mode algorithms. They now remember their position on multiple screens.
4. Other Improvements and Fixes
- We fixed how the modifier keys (Shift, Ctrl/Command, Alt/Option) and Spacebar work in AB mode. Now, you can press and hold a button in A mode to trigger a long press for these keys.
- We corrected errors in some preset texts.
- We fixed an issue with Premiere Pro's "Crop" function. Before, when editing several tracks, extra crop items might have been added to the lower tracks.
- We improved the Bluetooth connection process on Windows. Now, the link to the system's Bluetooth page works more smoothly.
- We fixed a bug that stopped a macro from running if it included the Esc shortcut.
- We fixed an issue on Mac where the "Cmd + Tab" shortcut did not switch between apps.
- We improved the haptic feedback sound on the TourBox Elite Plus.
